the production of a recipe book - 'Taste', plus the development
of branding for the Family Centre itself.
The book was funded by the Lottery Commission and represents an attempt to redress the high levels of heart disease among residents in that particular area, a factor which can be partly attributed to poor diet. As well as recipes, the publication contains anecdotes from the local contributors who were encouraged to make the book their own. Again the book has been commended by the Lottery Commission report.
